ronfy is a personal finance application that helps you track investments, expenses, invoices, and net worth. The App provides market signals and data visualization tools for informational purposes.
3. Not Financial Advice
ronfy does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market signals, indicators, and any data presented in the App are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on information displayed in the App.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Community Rules (Comments)
When you use the News comment feature, you agree to post only content that is respectful and lawful. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Offending comments will be removed and accounts may be permanently banned. Reported content is hidden immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The App allows you to connect third-party services (Wise, Akahu, Plaid, Interactive Brokers, Binance, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to display accurate financial data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data, exchange rates, or synced transaction data. Always verify critical financial information through official sources.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ronfy and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
