How do I add my financial data?
You enter everything manually — transactions, expenses, invoices, portfolio positions, and balances. ronfy does not connect to your bank, broker, or email.
Where do market prices come from?
Prices for the assets you track (stocks, indices, exchange rates) come from public market data providers. Only ticker symbols are sent to look up prices — never your personal data.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app, or by emailing us at contact@ronfy.app. Deletion is permanent and removes your financial data, comments, and username.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel them in your device settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is ronfy financial advice?
No. ronfy displays your own data and public market information for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
